Super clean apartment with all the amenities you may require. One of the best places I ever stayed in as a business traveller. Highly recommended.

يقع مكان إقامة "Lan Ha Floating Homestay" في كات با حيث يبعد مسافة 1.5 كم عن شاطئ داو خي (Đảo Khỉ Beach) وأمتار قليلة عن Ben Beo Harbour ويوفر واي فاي مجاني، وحديقة مع تراس، وإطلالة على البحر. The location and the floating homestay are very beautiful. We definitely recommend staying here if you can. From the homestay you can go on a day cruise to go kayaking and swimming (we liked it a lot). You can also relax, enjoy the view, go for a swim and/or do some stand up paddling. The woman who can cook your dinner (upon request) is very friendly and the owner is super helpful and also a very kind guy. They did a great job building this beautiful homestay!

Room was super clean and everything was nice, view in the room was also wonderful. Reception was super super nice and their english was great! Daytime male reception (sorry I forgot his name) was super helpful.

What I love the most was the host's enthusiasm and responsiveness. I really appreciated how he detailed the check-in formality for us through messages, which facilitated the checkin process. Secondly, since we are not locals, it was very nice of him to recommended us with variety of food that we could explore around the city. Of course, the hygiene and comfortability of our shelter was provided. Lastly, the price was reasonable, therefore, it was worth-to-stay.

Wonderful, wonderful place!! Furnished like an apartment, complete with washing machine and kitchen setup with dishes and all. The owner contacted me prior to my arrival and stayed up to wait for me until past 1am due to my flight delay. I wish I could have stayed longer!

This was the best place i could stay at while visiting hai phong. Very close to all points of interest and even has a small lake right across the street. The owners of the place are some of the nicest people i've ever met. They were so kind and so helpful. And Even though its located on the main street, the room is very quiet and very comfortable.

I liked how easy it was to check in, the cleanliness of the room, the utilities that come with the room, how quiet it was, and the staff being very welcoming/helpful.

The garden is incredible, the bungalow is really spacious and comfortable. The breakfast and the dinners were superb. They were really helpful with all our needs: renting a motorbike, lag ha bay tour and the bus. If you want to stay in a really quiet place avoiding all madness from cat ba city, this is your place.
