Very well organised and neat and tidy. My fan room was small but clean and comfortable . Shared bathroom. There are 4 clean bathrooms downstairs and a couple more upstairs. There always seemed to be someone cleaning or doing stuff which is a good sign of a well-run place. Nice common area where I had dinner along with 4 French guys on motos, a solo French traveller and a couple of Thai moto riders, plus some local friends of the owner. It was very friendly and social. There was a bit of happy water but nothing crazy, just a bit of fun and everyone went to bed pretty early. I'm a 70 year-old solo motorbike rider and I avoid the crazy backpacker places so this was perfect. Some fun and good times. The food was restaurant quality. As there were more than 12 of us the variety was excellent. Tofu in rich tomato sauce, green beans, another veg dish I forgot, roast duck, wild boar, stir-fry beef, pork belly in a green sauce(? but delicious) fruit. We had beers and then some happy water which was perfectly safe as the owner makes it himself on the premises (we had a little tour of his distillery room!). I might not return to the area but if I do I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Homestay Rung Xanh Huu Lien apresenta um terraço para banhos de... we stayed here 3 nights and we’ve loved it! the family is adorable and all the people around were extremely friendly. they were very welcoming and were obviously interesting in who we were despite the language barrier. We really wish them all the best and we for sure recommend they’re homestay :)

Com vista da cidade, PHÚ QUÝ HOTEL near ĐÔNG KINH MARKET encontra-se em Lạng Sơn e possui um restaurante, um salão partilhado, bar, jardim e terraço. It was a really nice hotel to stay in for several nights in Lang Son. The rooms are very comfortable with all the main necessities and furniture required for a good stay (I stayed 2 nights and extended for another 2). They have air-conditioning, a flat screen TV (smart TV's with Netflix etc.), a small fridge, really comfortable beds, a set of table & chairs, wardrobe, small desk, WiFi (only OK), kettle, hair-dryer and private bathroom with bathtub/shower combination (with good hot water). The only issue I had with the bathroom is that the shower heads are too low... but it's not a big issue. The hotel is very quiet and is set back from the road via a small driveway that opens to a large carpark. The reception/lobby area is big, too, and has an elevator to access the floors. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant. However, it's conveniently situated close to many local restaurants/eateries, bakeries and a small Winmart within 50 metres. Highly recommended, and when I return to Lang Son, I won't look for anywhere else to stay unless I have to.
