The room is spacious, the cleaning staff was quite good. I appreciated that Lamy house had let us stay after checkout hours as our flight was late in afternoon.

I was curious when I saw the ratings/number of votes. But it was indeed impeccable! The price was a really good deal as we got a room with balcony. The motel is very close to Chau Doc market and Lady Temple (Miếu Bà Chúa Xứ) at Sam Mountain. Their motorbikes are all new and motor scooters. Also, they had a lot of cloth hangers in the room. The staff are very friendly. Strongly recommend and will definitely come back!

The homestay is close enough to Ben Tre, whilst being in a nice and tranquil spot further down the river. The rooms are nice and comfy with everything you'll need, as you stay close to nature. A great place to relax.

Originally, we came to this area for one night to relax from the hustle and bustle of Saigon, but we enjoyed it so much that we ended up staying for two nights. The place is truly magical, and you will hardly see any tourists here—only kind, smiling local people and plenty of fruit, especially coconuts. Thuan is a very friendly and caring person. He speaks perfect English, which really helped us to get at least a glimpse of the local culture and way of life, especially during a private trip on the Mekong River, which I highly recommend. The next day, we went on a bike ride and visited a local coconut processing workshop (nothing goes to waste here). One of the most unforgettable moments was when we visited local school children—it was an incredible experience that touched our hearts. Whenever we were hungry, his sister Thuy cooked us excellent Pho or fried spring rolls at her restaurant. We are glad we chose this place and we hope to return here in the future.
