The location was perfect as we got to walk around the Sunset Town and see the fireworks every evening. The room was super clean and with a perfect view :) I want to thank the staff once again :)

A recently renovated farm stay in Ben Tre, Coco Happy Farm offers picnic area, private parking and sports facilities. This farm stay provides a shared lounge. The accommodation features a shared kitchen, full-day security and luggage storage for guests. Originally, we came to this area for one night to relax from the hustle and bustle of Saigon, but we enjoyed it so much that we ended up staying for two nights. The place is truly magical, and you will hardly see any tourists here—only kind, smiling local people and plenty of fruit, especially coconuts. Thuan is a very friendly and caring person. He speaks perfect English, which really helped us to get at least a glimpse of the local culture and way of life, especially during a private trip on the Mekong River, which I highly recommend. The next day, we went on a bike ride and visited a local coconut processing workshop (nothing goes to waste here). One of the most unforgettable moments was when we visited local school children—it was an incredible experience that touched our hearts. Whenever we were hungry, his sister Thuy cooked us excellent Pho or fried spring rolls at her restaurant. We are glad we chose this place and we hope to return here in the future. We were looking for a true Mekong experience, to understand how people live in a river delta and thrive off of it, and found that here, picking fruit off trees, fishing, cooking, and creating tools out of nature. The family is incredibly kind and helpful, and the dogs and cats are cute, and the other travelers were great company. Wouldn’t want to have stayed anywhere else in the Mekong!
