It’s about 5min taxi or 20min walk from the old town but secluded enough to be very quiet. 5min taxi to the An Bang beach. The staff is amazing. About the room, I had a Deluxe room with an enormous Plus King-Size bed (see picture). Also, price /quality ratio is beyond our expectations. We will definitely come back next year.

He is super supportive and helpful. We arrived in the property around 3 o'clock in the morning and he was still there for us to settle us in. When we arrived in the house, we all were very hungry and everything was closed. But he took me out with his bike and found a cart and managed some food for us ! I don’t know how to thank him. But above all .... it's Mrs. Thu ... Hue's mother. She is a darling ! I haven’t met such adorable person in my life. In short, you can stay at Kemi's house only just to meet this 2 persons ! This will be a Lifetime experience. I guarantee.

The staff are very friendly, warm and helpful. Trinh assisted us on booking tour/ride tickets and cultural show, and these saved us a lot of time in making our itinery arrangements. Laundry service was quick, done within the same day. Bicycles were readily availlable for us to cycle around to explore the town. Will stay here again when we next visit Hoi An. Will definitely recommend this place to friends and relatives.
