The staff were very helpful and communicative, both in person and via WhatsApp. There was construction on the street when I checked in, which I didn't anticipate and it made getting my bags to the apartment down the street (bigger room that's an extension of the hotel) a little difficult, but they helped me carry them and made sure I had everything I needed. The room was brand new and extremely clean.

Spectacular city view down to the city from multiple balconies. Sunset was amazing. Kitchen was perfect. Washing machines was fully utilised 🤭

The room had a lovely balcony with the view of the Church and the location was perfect. The room had AC and a private bathroom which was comfortable. We had a car and the owner went out of her way to come with us and show us a free parking area where we could leave our car for 2 nights. Communication was very good in English and we could pay with Paypal instead of cash which was a bonus for us. We were lucky that they had prepared their traditional pastry Fli during the day and the owner gave us two large pieces to try either with nutella or cheese. This was a really nice gesture :) We definitely recommend this guesthouse. Thanks
