Absolutely fabulous place. The room was big and SO well laid out. The staff were all lovely. The location was fantastic. It had a kitchen that was well-stocked. We didn't consume any of the mini-bar and food in the fridge, but they had a lot to choose from. Really a great place.

This hotel is exceptional, and excellent value for money. The quality finishes, service and facilities were sublime. For a two night stay I wouldn't get a low budget hotel in London for 1 night. For example, I recently paid £210 for 1 night in a Travelodge (UK) and here I paid £140 for 2 nights, winner!

Usually, many people stay in a hostel and guest house like this accommodation. In here, there are also some long term stay guests, but they are quiet at night. Thus, although I slept at 9 pm for both of 2 nights, I slept very well. What is more, there is a tiny dog, she is so cute. She is also quiet at night.

While it's not exactly in the city center, it's quite close. We'd looked at a few places in the city center before this one, but they weren't as clean or comfortable as this one. Everything was great. The Booking.com map shows the location as opposite, but Google Maps shows the correct location.

Great location, right in the city center. The breakfasts were excellent – the gentleman serving them was very kind and did a fantastic job. The breakfast restaurant was clean, beautiful, and truly pleasant. The rooms were spacious, stylish, and very comfortable – everything was just perfect. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend this hotel, and we will definitely return. It’s a high-quality, classy hotel in Yerevan.

They provide baby shampoo soap n shower gel even slippers for kids in the room,,,,cookies was delicious .....bed was comfortable baby cot was safe n clean...love the view from my balcony ..republic square was approax 20 min walking distance from the hotel but the best part was atleast hotel provided free transportation from hotel to republic square ..drinks they provided close to reception they kept for guest loved it .....and my 1 year 5 months old daughter loved the kids room she enjoyed alot in the kids room at the hotel very beautiful n spacious...all the staff were helpful from reception to the restaurant etc and the best part was the view of the hotel water fountain....my daughter love the swing ...it was so relaxing in the hotel love hearing birds chirping.....

I would def recommend to book this hostel if you are solo traveler for a single room. It is very decent price to be in the center of the city. Hostel is very clean, and staff is so helpful. Location - amazing! There is Orion apart-hotel upstairs, so I guess if you have a bit bigger budget you can rent there.
