Attentive staff, spacious common rooms, comfortable ladies dorm. I was impressed that kitchens were cleaned numerous times throughout the day, and there's always free hot coffee and water tanks for refills. Towels are free, just a deposit that is returned. The apartment was just as described. In a great location, well equipped and very safe. Puerto Madero is a great location and although you can see the city across the water and it is just a short walk it feels slightly apart. Puerto Madero really comes alive after dark and is a great place for a meal, drinks or just an evening stroll. I cannot compliment the staff and the rental company enough. Prior to arrival Ignacio kept us informed and asked for all the information necessary to make our check in totally smooth. Angi, who met us from the taxi and walked us to our room was lovely and answered all our questions about the apartment, how things worked and where we could change money. Having bought a local SIM card I was having problems loading credit and Ruben sorted it out for me and even paid for the start up credit?
