Booking was a hassle-free experience thanks to quick communication via WhatsApp. The foreign credit card link made everything more efficient. Agustin was my host and gave me excellent attention. His responses via WhatsApp were very fast and he clearly told me how to get to the building. The building is modern and has luxury amenities. The apartment was spacious, bright and comfortable. It had a perfectly equipped kitchen and all the facilities worked properly. The neighborhood was also very safe so we could enjoy it carefree.

The apartment was just as described. In a great location, well equipped and very safe. Puerto Madero is a great location and although you can see the city across the water and it is just a short walk it feels slightly apart. Puerto Madero really comes alive after dark and is a great place for a meal, drinks or just an evening stroll. I cannot compliment the staff and the rental company enough. Prior to arrival Ignacio kept us informed and asked for all the information necessary to make our check in totally smooth. Angi, who met us from the taxi and walked us to our room was lovely and answered all our questions about the apartment, how things worked and where we could change money. Having bought a local SIM card I was having problems loading credit and Ruben sorted it out for me and even paid for the start up credit?

Staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. The location was very nice. Bed was comfortable and there were two different pillows (soft and hard) for each person which was a big bonus for us. For our 10 days stay, there were 2 cleaning services. Overall, we were very happy with our stay there. If you wish to use the kitchen during all your stay, it may not be sufficient but it has all the tools for small stuff.
