The Hotel is so chic and stylish, the decor and the whole vibes is so hip and cool. We went to Brussels for my birthday and the hotel had left a birthday card in our room for me and a coupon for two complimentary drinks, which I thought was a very thoughtful touch. Also we encountered a minor hiccup one night due to issues with the water pipes but the hotel's prompt response was impressive. They immediately sent a technician to resolve the problem and, as a gesture of goodwill, gifted us a complimentary breakfast the next morning. The attention is great and the rooms are so spacious, yet cosy somehow. The hotel's location is excellent, with a nearby park and the train station within easy walking distance. Without a doubt, I'll be returning to this hotel for future visits and will seek out The Hoxton in any other city I explore.

    This accommodation blew away my expectations! The staff were so polite and helpful and made the experience stress free. The apartment was very big and had everything you could ever need. There was a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet, a separate shower room, a living room and a bedroom. It would be ideal for a longer stay. The location is very central with shops and restaurants close by. It was very clean, however the coffee maker was quite dusty, so I didn't use it.

    Very good location in a nice, safe part of town, close to the EU institutions. Very clean and modern. The checkin/checkout is done remotely but there were no issues. I was allowed to use the shared kitchen (spotlessly clean and well equipped), including the fridge. Fast and reliable wifi. Good value for money.

    Excellent stay in a ideal location near the EU institutions and just 3 min away walking distance from the metro. Extremely helpful staff. Our room was beautiful, spacious and spotless with real attention to detail to ensure his guests are comfortable. A knowledgeable and friendly host who has struck the perfect balance. The breakfast served is delicious and in room facilities superb. The location is central but quiet and an ideal base for exploring the city. Would highly recommend and, will definitely be back!
