Excellent staff. We found all of the staff extremely helpful and friendly. Spotlessly clean, modern bright room. Very good breakfast, plenty of selections. We used the swimming pool, which was lovely. Overall a perfect hotel for a stopover in Kamloops.

We loved staying here. Our room was fabulous, super comfy and clean. We had a great view from our room. The setting was like a ranch, which was fantastic. It was relaxing and serene....a change from hotel rooms in or near town/city centres. We ate in the restaurant which was also lovely.great food and service. We rode a bike around the property and visited the nearby wildlife centre for orphaned animals. The pool was too cold for us but it would be fantastic in the summer! The staff were friendly and hapoy to help us in any way. Highly recommend!
