We spent three wonderful days in a real Swiss village! The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking — with majestic mountains, a peaceful lake and the fresh scent of country life all around. Eva, our host, was incredibly kind and welcoming. She even gave us a better room than we booked, which made my girlfriend’s birthday feel even more special. Waking up to that view on such a day — just wow! She was very attentive to my request and went out of her way to help — truly appreciated! The rooms had everything we needed, and the small kitchen was a perfect addition. There’s also a large shared kitchen downstairs and even laundry facilities, which was a big plus. A special thank you for the coffee machine and the capsules — a real treat for coffee lovers like us! One more big bonus — the parking was spacious, free, and totally stress-free, which made everything so much easier since we were traveling by car. There’s also a shop nearby, which came in really handy for quick snacks or groceries. My girlfriend and I recommend this place 1000%! Thank you, Eva!

My husband and I couldn't have hoped for a more relaxing stay with Maya! We woke to a delicious home cooked breakfast and hot coffee each morning with beautiful sweeping views of lake Thun and Spiez. We had access to a balcony that we sat out on and enjoyed each morning and sunsets each night! The mattress and bedding was extremely comfortable too! The area is extremely easy to navigate with public transport, you also have countless day trips and hikes that you can access from the doorstep. Maya is such an incredibly thoughtful person and went above and beyond to make our stay so memorable. We hope to return to the Interlaken area one day and highly recommend B&B Haussener. Our only regret is not staying longer! Thank you Maya :)

Awesome location, great size room and nice to get a balcony to see the gorgeous view. Breakfast was pretty good (Nutella on tap!!) but the thing that impressed me the most was the staff. The manager Roger was very responsive when we had a delayed train and thought we couldn't make the check in time. When we arrived with two minutes to spare, he still took the time to tell us about where to explore in Interlaken and even highlighting a map for us. What a gem!

Gorgeous location & views, very close to public transport which is also free with their local transport card, close to shops too. Spotless and clean, large bathroom and balcony which isn’t common in Europe. Very comfortable bed, bedding and towels. Good wifi. Great restaurant downstairs. No minibar in the rooms but there is a large communal fridge where we kept our wine etc. Easy check in/out process. All ammenities listed were included. From memory this hotel had the 6 sided/elongated diamond adapter with the three prongs but a few countries we visited used either so you should prepare to travel with both anyway, we were able to get one from the shops easily as we forgot to get both at the airport.

Loved it here - the location was great, quiet area but with a stunning view, the hospitality was amazingc great communication and dedication to guests well being, delicious breakfast with local produce, great room (spacious, clean and loved the bed, slept really great) and an overall good visit, definitely would recommend it!

The location is just amazing, the fact that there is parking spot infront of the door. Also the connection to Interlaken or Thun is perfect located. Eva was the best host so far, being very respectful and communicative, this made our stay even better. Thank you for having us and we will be definitely coming back.
