Everyone was very friendly and above all nice, the room and the whole interior of the hotel very well taken care of down to the smallest detail, the room was very clean and smelled delicious. The staff is very friendly and prepared to help if you have questions. They greet you with a smile and make you feel welcome! The food is very good, I really enjoyed my lunch and diner! My room was clean and had a lovely (!!) view and a bathroom (ensuite). Stoos Hutta is located slightly outside of the village Stoos, so do know that you have to hike uphill for about 60 meters. But nothing difficult, there is a path leading up. But to me this location was perfect, because the views are lovely! Will definitely come again!

The hotel is located in the quiet charming village of Emmetten. Our room was large, quiet & dark at night and light & bright by day. The bed was very comfortable ensuring we had great sleep. The decor is clean & neat. We had a good view of the mountain from our window. Reception staff were friendly & check in & out was efficient. We enjoyed a nice three course meal in the restaurant and a walk up through the village to take in the views of the sun setting over the lake. This hotel is within a two minute walk to a cable car & the village grocery shop.

The location was superb and the tranquillity was amazing, with views over Lake Luzern, the ideal place for getting away from it all. Reception and catering staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was continental style, varied and plentiful. The local bus stop was about a ten minute walk and the service to Brunnen railway station departed at 05 and 35 minutes past the hour. There was a small shop and ATM close to the bus stops.

The views are incredible, I didn’t stay in one of the rooms that directly overlook the mountains, but it was a beautiful stay anyway! Small room without the shower and toilet actually had a sink and a mirror, making it way more comfortable that I expected. Shared showers and toilets very very clean. Breakfast served in front of a magnificent view, it is definetely a place worth spending a night or even more!
