Very friendly staff, very helpfull and really nice to children. Location was in a quiet area what was perfect for us to stay for the night during our trip to Italy. Plenty parking available and very nice to have a restaurant in house so you don't have to look any further.

The layout of the room was very practical, and the recently renovated facilities felt brand new. The views are stunning. The hotel is located on top of the town ensuring unobstructed views of the mountains and the tranquility of the countryside. The food is beautiful. I had dinner twice and absolutely loved the veal rosti. Whilst the room is very maximised in terms of space the beds are super comfy and the shower powerful. The best is the staff though. So welcoming, kind and accommodating. They had a table secured for me every night despite of being open to the public and they offered me towels for me and my dog when we arrived soaked the first day :)
