Fantastically friendly and helpful staff. We got a bit lost on arrival, but a gentleman caught us and led us to the hotel where they were waiting for us with a recorder ready with our language. It was a nice surprise. Breakfast was offered and they cared if we ordered enough for us. Delivery to the room and even included a ride to the train station. It greatly exceeded our expectations. Great location and thanks to the care of the staff we were really overjoyed.

Wonderful hotel! It was very clean with great location near the Longmen station. The receptionists and housekeeping were very nice and helpful. Thank you for the fast reaction!
