I had an excellent stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very conveniently located near the airport. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff, especially Jerry at the front desk. He went above and beyond to assist me when I was facing difficulties and ensured everything was handled promptly and professionally. His support and proactive attitude made a real difference. I also loved how they have trolleys so you can go directly to the airport in comfort as it’s just a walking distance!

We stayed at Rate Tonight Homestay West Nanjing Road Branch Shanghai from December 1 to December 6, and honestly, we were really happy with the whole experience. From day one, the staff made everything easy for us. Every time we had a question, they replied fast and clearly, which helped a lot since it was our first time in Shanghai. We felt looked after the entire stay, and it took away all the stress that usually comes with traveling. What we appreciated most was how smooth everything went. No issues whatsoever—check-in was easy, the room was ready, and all our inquiries got answered quickly. It’s rare to stay somewhere and not have even a small problem, but this place managed it. We felt taken care of and heard every time we reached out. The location is also a big plus. Being right around West Nanjing Road made it so convenient to walk to malls, restaurants, and the metro. Even though it’s a busy area, we didn’t have trouble resting at night. The room was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable five-night stay. The bed was good, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the space felt safe. Communicating with the host was also easy. They were friendly, quick to respond, and gave helpful information about the area and the check-in process. Little things like that really matter when you’re in a new city. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. No complaints at all. It’s the kind of place we’d recommend to anyone visiting Shanghai, and we’d definitely stay here again in the future.
