Nice location. Between for me the most beautiful beaches at the pacific. Playa Minas and playa conchal! Better to have a car! I was a solo traveller so felt more safe. Also super comfy bed. Big shower. Lots of space

We had a good stay. The place was nice and clean, everything look new. The kitchen was well equipped. The owner was friendly (through whatsapp, we never really met them). All communication from keys to payment happened smoothly through whatsapp.

Muchas gracias to the owners from Hotel Casa Carlota. The Hotel is near from Tamarindo, but you may be need a car to go there. For us it was perfect far away from the trouble. But its close to a supermarket. The room was very clean and we had enough space. You also have a fridge and a coffeemachine. We used the kitchen outdoor in the cooking area for the breakfast. There‘s also a swimmingpool, which was cleaned everyday. The owners are very friendly and they also give us good suggestions. beautiful spot where you can unwind. There is a fridge in the tent which is really helpful. I loved everything about this place. It’s a quick 15 mins drive to Tamarindo city center. The beach is very close by.

What an amazing place! This was a fantastic location if you’re looking for a peaceful surf stay. The uncrowded and extremely consistent surf beach is right across the road and the property has an associated all day restaurant (Cafe Mar Azul) with fantastic food and drinks so you don’t have to look any further. As a solo female traveller the quiet gated community also ensured I felt safe throughout my stay, and the people - including the locals and the fantastic staff at both the property and the restaurant - made me feel right at home. The property also has surfboard rental and an amazing surf instructor if you’re looking to progress your surfing. Located within the national park there is also plenty of wildlife around - monkeys, raccoons, birds and skunks. And you can take an estuary tour to see the crocodiles. The property management are also able to assist in arranging transfers to the airport and a range of excursions. Lina was particularly helpful and readily available on-site for any questions and tips.

We were here to work so did not spend much time at the hotel. The communication leading up to the stay was excellent. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast is simple but good. eggs, pineapple or yogurt with granola. They also offered orange juice or coffee. The room was clean and the ac worked. It was quiet at night.
