Our room was spacious, clean and exactly as depicted on booking. The spa is not huge, but clean and well-designed. We really enjoyed the breakfast. There was a selections of bread, fresh fruit, grilled vegetables, pastry and more good stuff. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, an amazing stay!

We liked everything about this hotel. Large rooms, excellent location and great breakfast. The hotel manager added the Canadian flag to the entrance after when mentioned that the hotel has the same name like our Canadian province we came from. That was a really nice gesture.

Very nice and good hotel! Everything is there, you can cook your own food. Also the biggest plus is that there is parking. If there is a chance to be in Karlovy Vary again, then only the Leopold hotel!

Very atmospheric apartments, exclusive interior, it seems that you are living in a manor or museum :). Comfortable beds. While outside the weather was hot, inside was cool and relaxing. Not far from the center. Very helpful hostess. Nice line of cosmetics (shower gel, shampoo, lotion).

Great pension with excellent food. Nicola was brilliant, very helpful with local information and spoke good english. For me, one of the best nights sleep I have had in years. Safe car parking at the rear of the property. Breakfast had a huge choice so you won't leave hungry! Would definetely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling in the area. Thank you.
