I have had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel in Sharm El Sheikh with my family, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated with a blend of modern and local Egyptian touches. The hotel’s location is ideal—just a short walk from the beach with crystal-clear waters perfect for snorkeling and diving. The views from my room in front of the pool area were breathtaking, making it easy to unwind and soak up the tranquil atmosphere. Dining was another highlight, with a wide variety of delicious dishes served at the on-site restaurants, ranging from fresh seafood to traditional Middle Eastern cuisine. The breakfast buffet was especially impressive, offering something for every taste. Additional amenities such as the well-equipped fitness center, spa services, and organized tours made the stay even better. Whether you’re visiting for relaxation or adventure, this hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone planning a trip to Sharm El Sheikh and I recommend the photographer, his photos are impressive. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations and made our vacation memorable.

The room was amazing, very big, had a great sofa, charging station near it. The bed was very soft and big as well. The bathroom was very big and convenient. Everything that I needed was there. At first when I came there was no water and soap, but the hotel texted me themselves asking if everything was ok, when I told them what I am not happy about- they fixed it very quickly and brought me 4 big bottles of water. The location is very convenient, 7 minute walk to naama bay, yet the rooms are quiet and you can sleep very well. The room temperature was very comfortable. I had an amazing experience with Novotel. Also there is a La cart restaurant at the beach- amazing view, amazing food, amazing experience with staff and very cheap! Breakfast 6/10, but lunch/ dinner- good I stayed at Novotel palm, which is across the road from novotel Sharm(where there is a beach). As I understood it is 1 hotel, but divided through road. When you cross the road, staff member goes with you like a security until you enter the second hotel, so you feel safe. If you want to have very quiet room, book novotel palm and go to the beach crossing the street, because from my point of view novotel Sharm can be a bit nosy, because there are concerts there. .

Well I just stayed one night, wish it was more but definitely a place to come back. From the reception to the manager, everyone is very attentive. As location, the hotel is nearby couple of eating points, pharmacies etc. Overall, for a one night stay it exceeded my expectations.

The facilities are excellent with 2 great pools and everything you need on site. The apartment itself is clean, modern, with strong wifi and is a perfect location. A taxi was even organised by Ahmed to take us to the airport. He was very helpful. So convenient. Absolutely everything you need. Mohamed the owner went above and beyond and helped us when we were in a real spot of trouble. We had mislaid our passports and were flying home that day. He drove us in his own car to pick the passports up and back. He is truly a hero in our eyes and a true gentleman. He also has a beautiful family so is a man you can truly trust. Couldn’t ask for more. Highly highly recommend :-)

Fantastic service and all of the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The manager was very good and accomidating. The hotel was very clean and well kept and there were a large variety of food options and they were all very tasty. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a nice view from the balcony and the room's door block all outside noise and the air con is very adjustable. The location is nearby to many places. The swimming pool is also incredibly nice and relaxing and the lounge is comfortable and large.

The hotel is quite big, the location is excellent, about 20 minutes by car from the airport and has a very clean private beach equipped with every service. The pools are very nice and the facility is spotless. In particular thanks to Mohamed Soudi who cleaned my room every day, very kind. The service is excellent, all the staff members are very kind, in particular Mohamed Gamal (who speaks also Italian language very well) is a very nice and kind person. Thanks also to all the staff of the diving center, in particular to Mustafa and Emil.

Location for this price was amazing. Last minute deals are even cheaper. You can get breakfast in the local restaurant for $3 buffet and dinner for $5. Staff was amazing, always helpful. The guy at the security gate was always smiling and so helpful. Please take some little bag of sweets for local children especially when you go for trips.
