Genius loci and community is what makes this place so special. This place is run by local community and you feel very much welcome and taken care off. Tasty meal, hamacks on the beach, breathtaking scenery… it has all of it :) nice talks with locals and fellow travellers - which you do not have in “standard” resorts. This really was one big Family :). House-Reef is nice with a Good visibility. Reef Shark trip is a must do experience.

Mareia and Jolame are the loveliest hosts you can imagine. I was the only guest there but they still took so much time for a full day trip to do the reef shark snorkeling with me and a nice island for picnic. They food was always fresh and so delicious. They were welcoming me like a family member. Vinaka vaka levu!

Set on 1 km of beach in Likuliku Bay, this resort offers a swimming pool and a luxurious day spa. There are 2 bars, a restaurant and a variety of cultural activities available.

Everything was amazing at Octopus, starting with the tasty water as they do have a spring , coming from the mountains . The bungalows are beautiful, made in a traditional fashion, immersed in this beautiful garden with birds and flowers, it is amazing! The bathrooms are the best, outdoor, you can feel the fresh smell while showering under open air . For dinner, they prepared our table in every detail, we could see it from the pool . We felt spoiled. The food was very good! What else to say? It was a place of perfect relaxation!

Maikai and his family were generous, kind and extremely accommodating, including us in welcome ceremonies and a family picnic. The room was great, spacious, private and clean. The location is right next to a village where the people are friendly and you can look around the kindergarten and get to know the people and round the corner from a resort too where you can do activities if you like. We had a great few days here and would’ve loved to stay longer. It’s an excellent homestay.

Ideally located for diving, Barefoot Kuata Island Resort Island offers a bar, restaurant, swimming pool and games room.

Pure paradise, sand, beach, ocean, amazing snorkeling and diving, super kind staff, I am missing it so much and want to go back, total reset if the busy world, simple very endearing resort, snorkeling with sharks, diving without license with sharks, also has swimming pools, we had a bure directly on the beach, spectacular

This resort was a little bit of paradise, such a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The free activities were great including stand up paddling boarding, kayaking and snorkelling. The staff were very friendly, food was super, facilities were clean.

Located in the secluded Yasawa Islands, the eco-friendly Barefoot Manta Island Resort Resort is ideally situated for swimming, diving and snorkeling, as all bungalows are set on the beach.

For those looking for an outstanding location and excellent accomodation, I highly recommend Waya Island Resort. Awesome environment and atmosphere. The standout features and superb service from staff who go above and beyond. The meals are excellent. There is great snorkelling and stand-up paddlebording included. Highly recommend the village visit and picnic. Ultimately, for those looking for a place to just relax and wind down (without kids); this is a place to put on top of the list of locations in the Yasawa Islands.
