We recently stayed at the apartment with an amazing view and I had only positive impressions! First of all, the location itself was simply gorgeous - from the window there was a breathtaking panoramic view of the mountains and the sea. Every morning sunrise and evening sunset turned into a real spectacle! The apartment was very cozy and stylishly decorated. The spacious room with large windows created an atmosphere of light and freedom. All the amenities were in place: modern appliances in the kitchen, a comfortable bathroom, as well as comfortable beds for a good rest. The owners of the apartment were very welcoming and attentive. They provided all the necessary recommendations for local attractions and restaurants, which made our stay even more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to enjoy a stunning view and comfort during their stay. I will definitely come back here again!

The view from the hotel is spectacular! I think this hotel has some of the best views in the whole of Kvariati! The couple who run the hotel are very friendly and kind people. The restaurant offers an amazing range of food that is delicious. The rooms are clean and modern and offer beautiful views from the balcony. I hope I can come back to this beautiful place again!

Highly recommended! The staff was incredibly attentive and kind. The hotel was clean, cozy, and had a very pleasant atmosphere. It’s located close to the sea and also near the mountains – perfect for nature lovers! The air is fresh and the environment is peaceful. There's a small elevator, which was convenient. A very cosy and clean guest house situated right on the beach. The location could not be better. The owners were very helpful and friendly people who satisfied all our needs. On the ground floor there's a big common kitchen equipped with all the necessary cutterly to prepare a meal. The view from the rooms overlooking the mountain is spectacular. The bus stop (number 16) to Turkish border and to batumi is right out of the door of the house. There is a mini market in the house very convenient for someone to buy the necessary products either to prepare a breakfast or a meal. As you cross the road and go up the hill 100 meters you will encounter a restaurant named 'badu', where one can have a tasty meal with delicious local dishes and reasonable prices. Overall I think that kvariati is a unique and wonderful place to relax and enjoy swimming in the clear sea. What we liked as well is that climate is very mild. Rarely day temperatures go more than 28 degrees Celsius. I do recommend the guest house to anyone wishing to have relaxing holidays.

This is a good place to... This is a really great place to stay! The view from the house is amazing! Imagine sitting and enjoying a beautiful sunset every evening while sipping local wine. Yes, we had it. And it was like in a movie! And the path from home to the beach is like a fairy tale! With all these huge trees, sparkling skies, singing birds, wild mountain streams. The fifteen minute walk to the beach and back wasn't a burden, but a bit of an adventure every time. But if you don't want to go alone, that's good! I saw a couple of times where the owner drove residents to the beach in his van. And yes, master! He is such a wonderful person! Very kind and hospitable, he was always there, ready to help us. Thanks again to him and his hospitality. We had a wonderful stay at his gorgeous home (oh, I forgot to mention the house was really nice, stylish and clean) and I would highly recommend you check this place out for yourself because you definitely won't regret it!

Property is located at the very beautiful place with the greatest view on the Black Sea. The location of the hotel on the hill makes even the hottest summer days seem pleasantly chill, even air conditioning is not needed. The property also had very beautiful garden full of flowers and cute chairs to sit and enjoy the view. The hotel itself was very clean and beautiful with wooden floors which I loved. The bed sheets were also very clean and cared for.

Friendly and accommodating hosts, especially Tiko, who spoke great English and was very helpful. Great location 5 min walk to the beach that was rather quiet compared to Batumi. Tasty food at affordable prices and lovely homemade wine. The outdoor pool definitely a bonus.
