Very nice host, very friendly and they fully meet our needs. The rooms were cleaned every day, the pool area was very nice, they also had a pool for kids and that's a bonus when you travel with them. We will definitely come back!

Clean and comfortable room. We had an issue with the shower drain, and it was fixed immediately. Close to restaurants and shops. There is also a little kitchenette great for quick meals. Very happy with our stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! It was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully maintained, creating such a welcoming atmosphere. The place came equipped with every appliance and amenity we could possibly need, making our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The building is located at the exit of the center of Hanioti. One of your bedrooms will always face a relatively quiet street where a public football field is located, but depending on the apartment that you get, the second bedroom will either face a really quiet corner or a busy shopping street that's active until much past midnight. We faced the busy street, which resulted in some opening/closing of balcony doors and windows during the night to balance fresh air with street noise. The sound insulation of the doors and windows is excellent, so you can shut down the noise, although it could get hot with windows closed. Collecting the keys was super-easy, as the owner was sitting in front of the building when we arrived. The host, Giannis, is extremely pleasant and easy-going, and is available in front of the apartments almost always when you may need him. Phone communication with Giannis' daughter is always an option, in case you need something at other times. I can't remember the last time I was hosted by such wonderful hosts. Any small issue that we ran into was very quickly solved. The apartment is spacious and clean, cleaned every 3-4 days with bedsheet and towel changes. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from amenities such as fast food, restaurants, Masoutis supermarket, and anything else you may need. It is also close to the central beach of Hanioti.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made it feel incredibly comfortable and relaxing. The location couldn’t be better — it's right on the beach with a stunning sea view. Everything we needed was within walking distance, from restaurants and cafes to shops. What we liked most was Kyriakos's hospitality. He was easy reachable and always responded in time to our requests. We couldn't meet him at the arrival time so he invited to a bar he was working where he offered drinks to us. He also left a bottle of olive oil in our room as a gift. The room was perfectly clean, with a large balcony, had barbeque that we used, and it was so close from the beach. Would definitely recommend this property to everyone and will definitely be there the next time we'll have the chance to visit Kassandra
