Noemia studios is situated in the heart of the old town of Skiathos, a short walk down ancient cobbled streets to the old port. The apartments are newly renovated and tastefully decorated with a little balcony with a view of the old port; on the second floor there is a communal balcony with tables and chairs with a stunning view of the port and from which you can watch the boats come and go. The bathroom is modern with a beautiful walk in shower. The hostess and owner Georgia is incredible and went the extra mile from meeting us to guide us to the apartment and then to show us where we could park our car. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and even drove with one of our party to the airport so that he could drop our car! Hospitality at its finest! Booking restaurants, calling taxis, just nothing was too much trouble; We wish you so much success with your venture Georgia and will definitely stay with you again next time around. Probably the best location, value for money and most modern accommodation we had during our stay.

From the very beginning of the reservation, Natassa was there for us. She won us over with her incredibly warm attitude, which was reflected in real actions—for example, our flight arrived early, and she welcomed us right away. She treated us with homemade jams, made by herself, along with wine, fruits, and she even baked an amazing cake (and shared the recipe). Our entire stay and planned activities were made possible thanks to her! The apartment smells wonderful, is spotlessly clean, and has comfortable beds and pillows. The design is new and modern. There’s a coffee machine with fresh capsules provided every day. There’s also a public parking area nearby. We would gladly return. A thousand thanks to Natassa! Highly recommended!

The location is perfect, just 2 min walk from the beach, 10 min from the city centre. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is fantastic, very nice team of young, attentive and well educated people everywhere - at the reception, in the restaurant, on the beach. The beach is nice, sun beds are provided, in the evenings one can enjoy a cocktail watching the moon path. The food is very good - congratulations to the chef ! It combines the Greek tradition with modernity and all is served very elegant way! The breakfast is very good with big variety of local pastries, cheese, fruits, nuts, etc.

Ideal location, great if you don’t have a car as the bus stop is just down the hill. Ample parking if you do have a car and a supermarket is just across the road. Lovely hosts, nice big clean rooms and a generously sized swimming pool

The property is in an excellent location mid point of skiathos . Easy to get to by the bus. The accommodation is clean, modern and had everything I needed. Beds were very comfortable and spotless linen & towels. It had a good shower, a kettle for coffee etc and a little seating area outside. The property is close to fabulous restaurants and easy to get to beaches . The staff and owners were helpful and welcoming .

Location was good. The cleaning staff were excellent , after our first night they made a great job of reorganising our items such as suitcases and footwear to make the most of the very small space available.Bus stop was short walk away with regular cheap at 2 euros busses to skiathos Town. Only 10 minutes away. Crazy rooster bar and restaurantwas a minutes walk away, excellent food, cocktails!! and staff. Manos was great and very entertaining

There are nice restaurants near by, a lot of parking places available on the property. You most likely need a vehicle to get around, even though the closest beach is about 10 min walk; or the bus station 15 is close. The rooms are very clean. We quite enjoy our stay. We were even upgraded to a deluxe room. Both the economy and the deluxe rooms were nice; both with kitchen.
