We really liked that although it is very close to taverns, the beach and various shops we had peace and there was no noise. The apartment is suitable for four people. The sofa is very comfortable and the bed as well.Clean sheets and towels, AC in both rooms, sea view from the bedroom window, coffee maker, kettle. I highly recommend it!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The apartment was beautiful, modern, clean, and well-equipped, with an excellent location. Perfect for a relaxing holiday. Usually, I never write any reviews, but this time, I feel forced to share my experience. My family (wife+ two kids) and I stayed in a cosy, well decorated room with seaview for 10 days. You have a small kitchen inside with everything you need for cooking and a refrigerator with a freezer. We stayed in a lot of accommodations, but these owners (mom+daughter) were the most child-friendly hosts. They even have bicycles, games, suncream, medicine and umbrellas at the entrance. You can park behind the building for free. We forgot our beach towels at home. They even lend us fresh beach towels daily. The building is extremely new (2 years old) and very clean. Keep in mind that you need a car to reach all of the beaches and sights in Kassandra or Sithonia. In Nea Fokea, you can walk to the beach and small stores, but we preferred the car to explore Chalkidiki. We highly recommend the accommodation. It's perfect for couples and families. Our children loved the owners. Thank you again for being so hospitable. We really felt comfortable. In future, we are gonna travel to Chalkidiki again to discover more about Sithonia. Definitely, we are gonna stay at Marivar Living.

Wonderful place to stay by the sea! The apartment fully matched the description and even exceeded our expectations. Everything was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. We were especially pleasantly surprised to find bed linen provided — it wasn’t mentioned in the Booking description, so we were prepared to bring our own, but everything was there and ready for us. A special highlight is the beach: just a 2-minute walk and you’re on a beautiful, well-maintained beach with easy access to the sea. In the neighboring towns, getting to the beach often involves a steep descent and requires a car, but here it’s all right nearby. This is a huge advantage, especially if you’re traveling with kids or just want a relaxed beach experience without the hassle. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back!
