The place is beautiful, by the sea, with a lovely external area for warm days. Breakfast in the conservatory is excellent, both for the food and the view. Phil is an amazing cook! Joe is helpful and kind and together with their daughter they make wonderful hosts! The room has a window with view on the bay and has everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Everything was excellent, it was a unique experience. The owners treat you like family, they are the most kind people. The guesthouse is very lovely and close to the ocean. I loved the use of space. It was well thought out and everything we needed was available to us. It was very close to the centre of Rosscarberry. Weather conditions were quite bad outdoors but we were all cosy inside. I can imagine this location in the Summer months as it is only a short drive to many beaches, which we visited today in the wild windy weather

This is a lovely apartment with a really nice view over Glandore Harbour. The decor is lovely and the apartment has everything you could need and more. The host is clearly experienced. The furniture is comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and all the little provided items - everything from the eco hand soaps to the teas and coffees - were super quality.

    Family friendly property with everything you need. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Very cosy and homely feel. Very clean and well looked after. Great outdoor area for sitting out. Also plenty for children to play including zip line and trampoline. Great location for exploring West Cork and less than 10mins from Rosscarbery which has plenty of activities for the children in Smuggler's Cove.
