We stayed at The Feel Munnar Resort for three nights with our family, and it was one of the most relaxing experiences we've had in India. The location is calm and surrounded by beautiful green hills and fresh mountain air – perfect for escaping the noise of the city. The room was clean, spacious, and ideal for families. The view from our balcony was stunning – we loved sitting there with a warm drink in the morning, watching the mist roll over the hills. The beds were very comfortable, and the housekeeping was excellent throughout our stay. The staff were kind and always ready to help. They arranged a driver for us to explore the tea plantations, waterfalls, and other tourist spots. Everything was smooth and well organised. We had dinner at the resort restaurant every night. The food was fresh and tasty, with good vegetarian and mild-spice options that the kids could enjoy. We also appreciated how accommodating the kitchen was with our requests – it made dining very comfortable for the whole family. The peaceful environment, clean air, and excellent hospitality made this stay truly special. The kids loved the open space, and we enjoyed the quiet evenings with a cup of tea and the sound of nature all around. If you're visiting Munnar with your family and want a place that feels safe, peaceful, and well taken care of – this is the perfect choice. We left feeling refreshed and very satisfied. Definitely planning to come back again.

I had a truly wonderful stay at Secret Valley Plantation Resort. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, cooperative, and always ready to help. A special mention to Mr. Satish, the restaurant manager, and the room boys for their attentive and friendly service. The reception team was very interactive and made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Mr. Anaz, the General Manager, was extremely helpful and guided me throughout my stay. His support added a personal touch that made a big difference. The rooms were well-equipped with a bunch of thoughtful amenities, making it very comfortable and convenient. A family can easily stay here for 3–4 days and enjoy a peaceful, relaxing time. The resort itself is serene and beautifully maintained—perfect for a getaway in Munnar. I’d definitely love to visit again. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable. Keep up the amazing work! 😍🥰
