The staff is wonderful, and makes the location, views and facilities truly memorable. I absolutely recommend it! The morning bike tour is incredibly beautiful and a must-do. Just be sure to wear warm clothing if you’re visiting in winter.

Turtle Hostel in Udaipur was a great experience for me as a solo traveler. From the moment I arrived, the vibe was chill, friendly, and welcoming. The staff made it feel like a second home, always ready with a smile or travel tip. The hostel offers clean dorms and private rooms, with comfortable beds and secure lockers. The common areas are cozy and perfect for meeting other travelers. The rooftop is the real highlight — you get an incredible panoramic view of the Aravalli hills, the lake, and the old city. Sunsets from up there are absolutely magical.🙂 Breakfast was simple but tasty — freshly made parathas, toast, fruits, and chai, which you can enjoy while soaking in the morning view from the rooftop.❤️❤️ If you’re a solo traveler looking for an affordable, social, and scenic place to stay in Udaipur, Turtle Hostel is a solid pick. Would definitely come back!

Clean, cozy, beautifully appointed, incredible location - everything you could want in a comfortable stay - but maybe best of all amazing staff who made me feel at home in India. They even had a welcome sign with my name on the door (!!) So warm, generous, kind and helpful - Udaipur remains my favorite city in India and I think largely due to my experience at 3 Raahi - I remain in contact with Vaishali while on my travels. Truly a gem of a human.

Everything is perfectl. Rooftop is amazing with a 360 degree view of city. You can see almost all locations from it as it's placed at such a height with an amazing sunset in the evening. Dorms are clean and spacious. You hardly can find such a great deal in udaipur at this budget. Owner Dinesh and his staff are very friendly and help you in navigating the city to get the most out of it.

Having spent a lot of time in several mid-range hotels in India, this must rank as one of the best. Super new and modern. Spotlessly clean, very comfy bed, strong air con, reliable WiFi, large room, fridge and regularly topped up tea and coffee etc. Great location, peaceful and close to both lakes. Wonderful breakfast and very helpful staff. Excellent value. Looking for an affordable but quality hotel in Udaipur? Then this is your place

The Island Guest House room was lovely and very clean. We loved the location it was situated in as it was very close to the station. The best part of our stay was the Guest room. It was truly one of the best, I have ever stayed at at the given budget. The room had all the amenities in proper order
