We never cooked but the kitchen seemed to have everything. Very quite location even with sea view from the main room. Liked it. Barbara also offered fresh tomatoes as they produce them. Very cool

Giovanni is a great host. Everything is very Clean and organized. There is enough space for 6 persons (2 toilets) and there is a place with table and chairs in the Garden, especially for Soberania guests. Also, Giovanni provided beach Toys, umbrella and chairs for the beach for us. The Kids could go and play outside in the garden (with swings). We felt very safe and comfortable there.

We've recently returned from this wonderful place where we spent our vacation. Our hosts helped us to solve the issues with the car on the first day after arrival. We are sincerely grateful to them. The house is comfortable and very clean. We were really surprised to see that the kitchen was full of various of drinks, food and local sweets. There are two cosy beautiful terraces which are surrounded by pine trees and a place for barbecue. It takes about 5-6 minutes of slowly walking to get to the local beaches. There are both quite big beach with sand only and several smaller ones surrounded by rocks. It is better to have a car because there aren't any shops in the Pinus Village. I definitely recommend this cozy, calm, perfect place with such a friendly hosts.

The host was exceptionally friendly and caring - we forgot our clothes in the apartment and she messaged us immediately. She also enabled us self check-in. Beside all that, the house is wonderful, the shared kitchen has everything you need, we ate breakfast on the balcony. Great value for the money.

A wonderful and kind host who we thoroughly enjoyed chatting with. This is a beautiful villa which is Exceptionally clean and a spacious room and bathroom. Lovely outdoor seating, a great breakfast, and lots of choices for restaurants nearby. One of our best stays in Sardinia, would highly recommend staying here, it was so beautiful.
