Signora Luisa is the heart and soul of the beautiful spaces she takes care of. The room is clean and cozy. The bathroom, which you share with other guests (this time we were alone), offers a massage tub. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful. Our stay was perfect — the apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The host was absolutely wonderful and incredibly kind. Although we had a bit of trouble finding the place at first, she guided us patiently and made sure we arrived safely. We’re really happy we chose this apartment and would definitely recommend it!

    Very clean, beautiful hotel..good location if you're by car to visit the center of Modica and surrounding towns. Staff is amazing, and our stay was overall very pleasant and we would reccommend this hotel always.

    Awesome location in the heart of the city. There's a lot of restaurants, cafeterias and pasticcerias around the place. Finding a parking spot on the main street was not a problem. The apartment is nice and very clean, with all you need to feel like home. Helena is great host - the communication with her was nice and easy. She gave us a useful information about the city and some nice recomodations for a good restaurants.

    Very clean. Good location (for us) as close to bars/restaurants used by locals. Also good for downhill walk taking in all the sites with local frequent (and cheap) bus service back up to Modica alta. Excellent communication from the owners ensuring a smooth arrival and stay.
