We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment is super clean, modern, and comfortable, with two bedrooms that easily fit five people. Everything we needed was there, toothbrushes, pajamas, even a water dispenser. Access to the property was a breeze with the passcode. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible kindness of the host and the lady at their souvenir shop (probably his wife). We decided to have breakfast at the host’s café downstairs, and the toast and coffee were absolutely delicious! The host kindly didn’t charge us for the coffee, saying it was a welcome drink since we had arrived late the night before, and he also didn’t charge for the pudding we ordered because it was for my sister’s birthday. They went above and beyond to help when my sister had a migraine, suggesting she could rest back in the property even after we had checkout. We were truly touched by their thoughtfulness and care and can’t thank them enough for their kindness and generosity. We are sincerely grateful for everything they did to make our stay special. Highly, highly recommended!

I can’t think of anything negative to say. As someone else said, the pictures don’t do it justice. The breakfast rolls were delicious, even the chocolate sauce, which I usually avoid was good. I really appreciated the real butter too. I really loved the bathroom/toilet setup and I had the best shower that I’ve had for months.

The reasonably priced hotel yet the room is much bigger and comfortable. The hotel building is next to the onsen, public bath was a huge bonus! A few restaurants and cafe within the building. What was amazing was there was a proper bus station with a waiting room/seats that loops between tokyo central area and the hotel, direct bus is available!!
