The guesthouse is right next door to the train station, the perfect location for sight seeing tourists. The room was well equipped with everything we needed. We were very comfy and slept soundly, waking up to a fantastic view of Mt Fuji from our bedroom window. Our lovely host Mejie (sorry for spelling) was so welcoming and allowed an early arrival to our room. Thank you for your kindness to us and your delicious gift for our onward jpurney.

Close to Otsuki station, supermarket and Daiso nearby. The room is bigger than other Toyoko Inn, no problem to open a large size luggage. There are 3 lifts. A llarge area of breakfast room, very comfortable to have breakfast here. Shuttle bus definitely helps a lot. Good and polite staff, very comfortable and quiet place to stay for 3 nights, there was no people making noise, specially didn't meet noisy groups from mainland China and Hong Kong.

We had an amazing 2-night stay! The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made our experience even more special. My kids, ages 3 and 9, absolutely loved the traditional Japanese house—it was such a unique and fun experience for them (and for us too!). It was less than a five-minute walk from the train station and not too far away a walk from the lake either. The welcome was super friendly, the common areas were great, and I had a view of Mount Fuji from my window! Also supplied with a great heater that warmed the room up fast, and it was very light and airy.
