The accommodation is located a few minutes from the city center, in the part where the locals live, the environment corresponds to that, but we felt safe there. The owner was nice and helpful, the breakfast was great. A short distance from the accommodation is a busy center, where you can easily choose authentic food from many restaurants. Parking in front of the house without problems. A more demanding guest would perhaps welcome if the paint in the rooms was not peeling, but we used this place on the way from the desert to Fes like many others and as such it met our expectations.

A lovely spacious clean apartment, full bathroom and separate toilet. Comfortable bed. Kitchen had everything we needed. We were able park our 2 motorcycles behind the gate beside the front door. Satnav struggled to find the apartment but Google Maps did OK. It is in a fairly quiet back street but an easy walk to restaurants.

I had no expectations from this hotel, as I only needed a place to sleep when I was travelling between Merzouga and Fes. It is definitely in European standards, very clean and comfy. The street has plenty of parking spaces and restaurants. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast is great.

although parking on street the cctv security was good and just outside door of apartment. plenty of rugs for cold nights. was quite clean and tidy.
