The girl that worked the desk every morning was so sweet and helpful. We looked forward to her warm smile and greeting every time we went in or out! The rooms were very clean and plenty big enough for us. The beds were amazing and the pillows were the best. Every need was met by the staff. Our balcony was a nice size to enjoy the cool breeze at night. The pool, although not huge, was always empty because most people go out everyday to do all the sightseeing, going go the beach, or all the other adventures the area had to offer. The pool was also immaculately kept. Crystal clear clean water at a great temp and a view of the ocean. They provided large pool/beach towels for us, loungers were nice and there were umbrellas. I did everything online and got a response within 10 hrs at the most.

Beautiful resort, great food and amazing staff! Noe and Louis at the pool bar were excellent! Spa was incredible! We stayed in an ocean front unit for our honeymoon which wasn’t cheap but highly recommend it!

The property was super well decorated and clean! The location is also perfect, very central. Fabri was an amazing host, making sure everything was perfect for us, organising us a nice tour to Tulum and also providing all the best tips and sharing all the best restaurants! My stay here was great! I was there for two weeks with my husband and three children. I have to admit because the price seemed too good to be true and the photos didn’t really convince me, I was a little worried at first BUT i was happily surprised. The Master bathroom has it’s own bathroom. The two bedrooms have two beds each (so we had an extra bed in the room where my son stayed). Each area has AC. All of the appliances are new. There was sufficient plates, mugs, silverware etc. I did rent a car so it was easy for us to get to beach, and explore. On the days we had activities planned we would leave very early in the morning and come back very late at night there was always someone very attentive at the gate to let us in and out. It was safe to drive in Quintana Roo and we never had any issues. The days we stayed in we enjoyed a nice quiet time by the pool. other family members rented a much bigger place right at the Quinta Avenida & though it was nice that it was right by the beach, their stove didn’t work, water pressure was not good, it was loud at night because of the clubs and there were big roaches!(& They paid a lot more!) I am so glad I didn’t change my mind and cancel my booking because I definitely liked where we stayed, we felt safe and I would most definitely stay here again! Thank you the owner for giving us a nice, clean place to stay. (I tried to take some pictures before I left but I tried to leave it the way I found it so

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Rooftop pool is very nice, wifi & AC worked great, quiet neighborhood with good food and a 7/11 nearby. Room also came with a 5 gallon water jug which was very helpful.
