The staff were so kind and welcoming. I was sadly poorly upon arrival. They were so kind and helpful. Provided me and my partner with drinks and a place to rest while our room was prepared. The room was beautiful, amazing size with beautiful bathroom.

The appartment had enough space and was well equipped. The staff in the hotel is extremely friendly. There is a shopping center close to the hotel with a large supermarket. It takes 30 minutes to the Amsterdam city center with the tram, the tram stop is very close to the hotel. Calm area around the hotel with a small park. Really a great location.

Our stay was amazing! Everything was perfect, the apartment was modern and had everything we needed. The staff treated us really nicely. Also good connection with Tram and metro to the center of the city. We figured out everything pretty easily.

The hotel is very easy to get to, especially from the airport. I followed the directions sent by the hotel. Cleanliness is excellent. I love the concept and found my single room to be very comfortable. During my stay I spoke with 4 different front desk staff, a cleaner and a lady in charge of the dining/breakfast room, all of which delightful, friendly and polite. There are 2 different quantities for breakfast either €5 or €10 plus unlimited coffee. Personally I found the €5 amount sufficient. For those wishing to access the hotel via car, the carpark is large and easily accessible from the main roads. My sleep was completely undisturbed. Which was a concern, also the room is heated via a temperature controlled AC unit. The shower strong and hot and shower gel/shampoo provided too. There's also a vending machine in the foyer providing snacks and beer. First trip in a while on my own and the accommodation enhanced my trip exponentially. I look forward to returning ☺️

This was such a nice experience that we will not forget. The place is such a cool concept. The trailer was nice, comfy and the space in front was great. We could have a nice chat with a couple of other travellers. The staff was really nice and helpful too. If we come back to Amsterdam we will be coming back.

    the location was great - whilst the hotel isn't in central Amsterdam, it was in a lovely suburban area, which was close to the university (ideal as we were going to a conference there) - and only a short bus ride away to/from the airport/central town etc.. The hotel staff offered lots of useful services (bike hire, recommendations etc.).

    Location is good. Tram station is 3 mins walk from the hotel and there is also a medium size mall within 15 mins walk. The apartment we booked was very clean! The bed is comfy too (had a few nights’ of good sleep)!
