Stephanie on reception was very friendly and arranged some coca tea for us on arrival. The view of the river is spectacular pleasant to sleep to. All facilities and the room seem to be brand-new and exceptionally well placed. We were allowed to be our bags secured in a safe spot reception while we visited Machu Picchu. breakfast was good with a microwave bag heating your croissant. The rooms seem to be well soundproof between guests.

Fantastic included breakfast that starts at 5:00am for early-rising tourists and visitors to Machu Picchu! The front desk upgraded us to a room with better views from the window, all for free! What a treat, and thank you so much. Showers were very hot — something we were looking forward to, and Hotel Pucara delivered!

They pick me up at the train station but I can't find them and they send me whatsapp but my internet is weak there but finally i arrive to the hotel by myself. The staff is very helpfull and they pack my breakfast to give me at 5.30 and internet is good. The room is old fashion but all clean. Hot shower work well. All good.

We had an amazing stay at the hostel, stayed in a private room with 2 single beds, everything was perfectly clean, the beds extra comfy, and the guy at reception was extremely kind and helpful. Location is also great, quiet but still close to many shops and restaurants. Would 100% stay again if I get the chance, thanks!!

Staff is soooo helpful with everything. Rooms are nice and clean. And the have balconies facing the mountains and trains. It was so cool. If u can’t sleep with a pit of noise ask for quieter room but the noise is worth of view. Breakfast is good They hold your bags for free even after you have checked out.
