Everything. It's small place but the room is a perfect size for me. The bed is very comfortable. The staff are so polite and very helpful. I love the colorful and cozy vibe. I didn't tried the pool since I ran out of time but it is very inviting. There is Robinson department store beside it. Love this gem.

Services were superb, and the facilities and stores available nearby were great. Also, staffs were amazing! When I unfortunately left my things in the fridge and realized late - I was at the airport checked in already, the staffs were very kind enough and assisted us in transporting the items to the airport as quickly as possible. Kudos to the kind team.

We had a wonderful stay over the Christmas holiday! The location is perfect, offering a stunning blend of both mountain and city views. A huge thank you to the host for being so responsive and considerate, and to the caretaker who was incredibly nice and helpful throughout our stay. The highlight for us was that they are pet-friendly—being able to bring my dog made our holiday celebration extra special. Highly recommended!

I stayed here for a week due to a company event, and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the office. It’s also conveniently close to Sugbo Mercado and Ayala Centrio. The condo had a complete dining and entertainment setup, and I appreciated the ability to cook my own meals, which I did often. Since I spent most of my time at the office, I mainly used the place for sleeping, but it was very clean and comfortable. The guards were also friendly and accommodating. Great stay overall!

First of all, it is absolutely the best location and one of the most safest neighbourhoods in the city and I’m surprised how spotlessly clean it is, I’m sure this is the best deal I could ever found after doing multiple comparisons with some other hotels, I should also give a big thumbs up for their soundproof, every facilites in the bathroom is just well maintained. 7-11 is just right next to the lobby, Ayala Mall is around 10 mins walking distance away, I absolutely enjoyed my stay here, will definitely stay here again next time.

Location is a shared building with the Holiday Inn, This is the budget side of the hotel but very clean and nice. Good bed, TV, safe and bathroom. Amazing value for the location which is a 5 minute walk to Ayala Mall.

Very clean and excellent staff. Affordable rooms and great location. A particular mention to Gretchen at the front desk: always incredibly polite and attentive. The hotel should be careful she is not head-hunted for The Hilton! Would stay again.
