I had a really nice stay for an entire week. The bed was super comfortable and the sliding door was great for privacy and for keeping the light away. Everything was clean and nice! I was lucky enough to be there when they organized a party at the restaurant downstairs, it was really good vibes, with good music and nice people. The location is also great and the staff was very helpful and kind.

Dos Playas has it all. A privileged location, owners who are passionate about this project, and a very attentive and friendly staff. We stayed in one of the cabins with a private bathroom and fan. The cabin’s design is fantastic, both aesthetically and functionally. Even though it’s still a work in progress, I can say that every detail for your comfort has been carefully thought out. There’s a rack to hang your clothes, a small shelf unit with multiple levels for your things, and bedside tables. The bed is super comfortable and comes with a mosquito net. The “door” has a large zipper that makes it easy to open and close. This is not a place for those seeking luxury. It’s a place to disconnect from the world for a few days and enjoy nature. The food they offer is quite varied. You get between 7 and 9 different meal options that change every day and with each meal. The dishes are fresh, delicious, and generous in portion! Prices are fair. They take care of the beach and make sure it’s clean. There’s internet in the common area through Starlink. They coordinated all our transfers from El Nido and responded to our messages almost instantly. Also, Nika is an amazing dog. She loves playing on the beach and keeping you company, but she’ll never invade your space. I saw some reviews complaining about mosquitoes. It’s absurd to complain about that — you’re in nature. Another review mentioned the limited variety of food for families with children. This is NOT a place to go with kids; it’s perfect for couples who want to relax. Our congratulations to Rose and William (even though we didn’t get to meet him) for the amazing work, for what they’ve built so far, and I wish them all the best as they continue to develop this wonderful project. The villas, the experience, and the hosts Carl and P.Y. are absolutely amazing! Very quiet and very well designed boutique resort. I would 100% recommend. We visited several beaches during our stay, and Nacpan beach/twin beach (5 mins away in moped) was our favorite one. Waking up to the most gorgeous sunrises over the rice fields with some fresh hot coffee and pancakes/smoothie bowls made by the hosts was an amazing way to start the day.

We really enjoyed our stay at S Resort. The décor is beautiful and well-designed, giving the whole place a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. Our room was clean, simple, and comfortable, which made our stay very easy and enjoyable. The bathroom was also great — very clean, bright, and comfortable to use. The hot water and water pressure were consistent, which made showers really refreshing after a day out. The location is excellent. It’s close to everything in El Nido town — the beach, restaurants, convenience stores, and the meeting points for island-hopping tours are all within walking distance. Getting around was completely hassle-free. The staff were wonderful as well. Everyone was friendly, polite, and helpful. They responded quickly whenever we needed help arranging transportation or booking tours, which made our trip much smoother. Breakfast was also enjoyable, with plenty of fresh options. The croissants were especially good — definitely one of our favorites each morning. Overall, S Resort gave us a fantastic stay: beautiful décor, a comfortable and clean room, a nice bathroom, a perfect location, and warm, helpful staff. We’d be happy to stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone visiting El Nido.

Great location next to the main town in El Nido. The staff were lovely and the room was very clean. We had all our basic amenities and the air conditioning worked very well. There was filtered water in a cooling machine just outside the rooms which was a huge plus for us - no need to buy bottled water everyday! It’s simple accommodation and we enjoyed our stay.
