I've stayed at this property twice during my layovers and absolutely love it. It's small, but perfect for a solo traveler like me. The location is super convenient close to shops ( cafes, nails salons, laundry , massage place) and mall of asia which made everything easier. We really enjoyed our stay in the Park Avenue Guesthouse. The owners and the staff are very friendly and very helpful. The accommodation itself has a charm of the past and yet it is nicely renovated. The neighbourhood is also very interesting and roaming around there is a good way to encounter the city and its people. We highly suggest booking this place :)
