The apartment is perfect, clean, and new, it has good air conditioning and plenty of car park. The owner is very nice and I would just say it's a 5 stars just for this but what has something of incredible is the little village in which is situated. It is marvelous, I found myself in the middle of a true bull race, their summer fests last a week, and it is just astonishing, here time stopped and you can experience something priceless. I will be back for sure.

Facilities were excellent - everything you need. Spacious rooms, relatively quiet area. Helpful cleaning staff. Once I got used to the system of using the phone for door openings it was excellent. Pay no attention to the bad reviews, we had a good stay with none of the problems described. All the photos on the website were accurate.

It was a wonderful visit to Casas de Faia. The location and setting and the quality of the accommodation is amazing. Duarte and his family were incredibly kind and wonderful hosts. There is a beautiful pool to cool off in the heat and you are surrounded by wildlife on the farm and greeted by two lovely dogs. Breakfast was lovely and a really well arranged. A superb stay. Very clean and spacious room. We were kindly given a better room for our convenience. Nice amenities, such as air conditioning and fridge in the room. The lady that checked us in was very friendly and helpful and recommended us a great restaurant to try.
