This is a cute, comfortable, well-remodeled home in a convenient part of Sao Miguel. We stayed as a family of 4, and my daughter said it was her favorite stay ever. The outdoor garden and showers are a nice touch coming back from the nearby beach. The host Ines is a wonderful person and was so helpful, she gave us directions, fresh bananas from her tree, and even helped get us an item we had left behind!

A lovely apartment, well equipped, spacious, good location, the bus stop to PD just around the corner (lines 311,312,313 one ticket 1.4 Eur...) We had a nice stay in Sao Roque...I recommend the apartment...

It’s hard to describe how amazing this place is. At the moment I arrived, I knew I chose the best hostel. The energy, the people, the staff… Everything made my experience unforgettable. 🫶 The hostel is very clean and cozy. The rooms are big and the bed sssoo comfortable, the garden it’s just amazing and the breakfast made my days start great. Also the garden is connected to the restaurant Taberna so you can just chill there having a drink or try the famous “patatas bravas”. The worst about this places is that it’s very hard to leave the hostel because you feel like at home. If I came back to São Miguel, I would definitely come back to Out of the Blue! Muito obrigada, até breve. 💖

Iiked the 5 minutes driving fron airport. Loved tge reception (sofia & alex) they welcomed me and give rich informations about the villas and the area. They recommended great places to visit also. Rooms are high class maintained and no comment on it. Breakfast is good and reasonable. Horses are the best experience with the sunset😍 Always new 👍

Location is perfect, there’s a free parking lot about 5 minutes away from the hostel which is very convenient. The hostel its self is very nice, new, modern, clean and spacious. Each bed has a locker with plenty of space and also a light and charging port with a small stowage close to the bed. Super nice. Perfect experience

Photos are deceptive. Initially we booked at Pedra do Mar but once we realised we had been given the ground floor flat we immediately demanded to be moved, which was done quickly and to a much nicer location. The ground floor studio has one window that opens up at the street level. Other than that, no windows. Be very careful which floor you’re booking.

Very nice and clean apartment, amazing views! The apartment felt very luxurious, it had a very well equipped kitchen and very nice rain shower. The location is perfect, nearby the airport. Hostess Carolina is very nice and quick to reply.
