The location it excellent, removed from the city center confusion and next to the beach and the Al wakra Souq. The staff was amazing, especially Rashid that was extremely helpful with a problem with the luggage and helped us with airport and airline contacts. Breakfast and restaurant also very good. Overall a great experience.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff are all professional, friendly, and very helpful. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. Thanks for the management as well. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel was also very close to the metro. The staff were super kind and helpful. When in Qatar, I wouldn't mind staying here again. A shout out to Soukaina at the front desk. When she learnt it was my birthday she got me cake and a card. Golphin at the travel desk who was very helpful, knowledgeable and made sure we had a blast at the sand dune bashing.

It was a really nice surprise when we realised that rooms have 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, 1 living room and 1 very comfortable bedroom. Amazing! And of course everything was very nice decoration, materials, comfort, tech 5*. Also breakfast was very nice and the location is perfect 10 min from the airport and 15 min walking distance to Souq Waqif.
