Despite the initial issue with the connecting room, the overall experience with the accommodation and services was positive. The location was amazing ! The lady at front of house was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The comfort of the bedroom was incredible. Very reasonably priced, definitely value for money.

The staff at the pool were amazing in particular Ailyn was lovely and ensured we were looked after. Some days we even just stayed by the pool for hours as it was so perfect there. The lobby staff were also very accommodating and always offered help and a smile. Arsalan at the front of the hotel greeted us every day and helped up so much. The rooms were spacious and the spa area was amazing. I couldn’t ask for anything more!
