The Thai breakfast was delicious and made to order from our amazing & gracious host, Khun Som. Her cousin runs the next door restaurant, which also served good Thai river fare. There's a 24hr. longtail boat to cross the Chao Praya, where taxis & motosais are waiting to take you to the nearest BTS or MRT station. The surrounding area has many kilometers of elevated sidewalks to explore through jungle, farms and small neighborhoods. It's amazing to be city center Bangkok and know you're a few steps away from actual rural Thailand.

iChapter is an excellent hotel and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They provided assistance beyond what we would normally expect. The rooms are big and comfy. Quiet aircon, TV with English language channels, fast wifi, good bathroom, and daily service. The breakfast is good value as well. It is just 30 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport and restaurants and supermarkets are just a couple of minutes walk away. Thanks to the staff for making our stay so memorable, we will certainly be back.

We staid over night with my family and we had no chance to use the swimming pool. Location and shuttle service is quite convenient. Not shops close-by but the hotel as a restaurant/bar with quite good food. Breakfast was more Asian focused....

Close enough to airport for a 10 - 12 minute commute. Free airport shuttle - oh yeh!. Room was very clean and quite comfortable. Staff at Cozy blu very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast provided. Location is a little out of way to walk to shops and public transport, but it is mainly about proximity to airport for most people. Local and well priced bar next door run by 2 very friendly local ladies.

The breakfast buffet offers a wide range of options, including fresh Continental and Oriental dishes, providing a lovely start to the day. The rooms are very clean and modern-looking, with large comfortable beds. The hotel has a lovely pool at the front, near the reception, which we loved straight away upon arrival. An ideal option for a comfortable and convenient stay at BKK.

The room was very clean, and the bed was nice and comfy as well as large as stated. Transport to the Airport was very convenient. Staff were helpful when asked. On-site bar was good. A/C worked well in the room. Dinner food was nice from bar and cooked well.
