this is a very good place - the owner ladies are friendly and kind, the place is comfortable and very clean, the bed has white sheets which is always welcome as it is impossible to reuse them between one day stay guests... the bed is very comfortable, the air con works well, the bathroom is clean, there is a little kitchen that we could use - certainly a bonus to have a microwave. The breakfasts were very much to our taste - the lady cooked some local food for us which we preferred to egg omelettes. The street is quiet, the location is great, in the old town, on Saturday and Sunday there is a market in the street and in the park. There is a 7/11 shop, some restaurants. It is strongly recommended, probably the best place where we stayed so far in Thailand. There are also bikes that can be used.

Breakfast was excellent both Thai and Western. Staff inquired what our preferences were and prepared a main dish accordingly. Good variety of local fruits and sweet treats. Breakfast is served in the main lodge building which is open. Lovely to hear and see local birds including black storks. Pictures is of our 2 storey villa/cottage building. The endless pool is great as well. Open air sitting area with hammock on the ground floor. Sleeping room and bathroom with separate shower and soaking tub above. Loved the floor to ceiling windows in every room. Staff is amazing. Booked two of the cycling tours with Cycling Sukhothai through the resort. Well worth it as well.

Exellent hotel in a quite neighborhood, with clean and comfortable rooms. The owner speaks perfect English and is very friendly. We arrived a little bit late, and the owner recommended a nice restaurant just 400 meters away from the hotel. My friends and I really enjoyed ours stay with Lotus PLace.

The place is small and quiet, lovingly kept with attention to the smallest detail. Our little bungalow was really lovely, bright and spacious, just next to the swimming pool which was small but perfect to relax and sunbathe for a couple of hours. We had a couple of meals at their family-run restaurant and they were happy to accommodate our request for vegetarian options. It's a lovely place to spend some time at, more than just a room to sleep in, and the owners are really nice and helpful. Everything was lovely, from the outside area to the bungalow to the little restaurant! Highly recommended.

Host is particulary nice and take time to tell you what you can do and how much time you need to do it. Really really good spot to visit historical parc. She gave us bike to visit the parc which is very important if you want to see everything. Breakfast is good too, you can choose from several plates. 10/10.

The staff is super friendly and helpful! The hotel has lots of amenities, the pool is excellent. The bungalows are very cosy, big and clean, and the AC works great! The breakfast is delicious and has lots of options. Definitely recommend!
