Thank you Volkan , Ezel , Miraq I liked Everything from the central location of the Hotel, to the amazing staff who were ALL so friendly and changed our room to 2 beds when accidentally booked one bed, and also helped us to go to the airport for free when we were having difficulties. I have to say, their service exceeded all my expectations. Although the check-in time was officially 2:00 PM, they graciously allowed me to check in at 9:30 AM. When I arrived, there were no standard rooms available, so they upgraded me to a better room without any extra charge. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and to top it all off, they even offered me breakfast on my arrival. This kind of exceptional service truly made my day, and I can’t recommend this hotel enough. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and pleasant stay. Additionally, the room was clean and they offer a wide range of Turkish breakfast options.
