The hotel had the best views of the hot air balloons from their terrace and you can even walk to the area where they have the launch every morning. The room was very clean and spacious and what I enjoyed the most was the quietness of the hotel especially at night. What makes this hotel stand out is their staff, Ata and Heron and their willingness to help throughout. It was a memorable stay and I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at Carus Cappadocia from November 15th to 19th for a couple’s trip, and the experience was excellent in every aspect. The hotel is beautifully maintained and spotless, with great attention to detail throughout the property. The service is impeccable, and the entire staff is professional, attentive, and reliable. A special thank you to the reception staff, who were always available and helpful with anything we needed. We also truly appreciated the housekeeping team, who greeted us every day with a smile and kept the room in perfect condition, as well as the breakfast staff, who were attentive and well organized. A truly wonderful stay that made our trip to Cappadocia even more special. Highly recommended.

This is the perfect stay! Rooms are nice and big. The location can't be better!!! The best thing was the attention! The people that work there will go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need and are kind people as well!!! The breakfast is spectacular and the view is unbelievable! The services for the tours and transportation are great and definitely a good price! I will totally stay here again my next time!

Everything was incredible. The room was very spacious, clean and well decorated. The view from the hotel is beautiful. Delicious breakfast with local products and dishes but what we liked the most was the attention of the staff, they were super helpful from the minute we arrive, they helped us with all our bookings for activities, they found my sunglasses that I forgot in the airport shuttle, arranged us a last-minute reservation for new-years eve, and let us made the check out one hour later because we woke up with a flu (they even took us to the pharmacy). Highly recommended.

The location was excellent and the roof terrace gave beautiful views of the balloons in the morning. The bed was comfortable and the room was lovely and cosy and very clean. The rooms also have a fridge which was ideal for keeping our water cold in the heat! We loved meeting the resident cat, Kizim who was always around at breakfast. The staff were extremely helpful and polite at all times. The breakfast was also great with a lovely selection and fresh eggs made to order.

For the price we got a lot. The room was very clean and the cleaning lady kept it that way throughout our stay. The breakfast was surprisingly very good for what we paid. The night receptionist is an asset to this hotel. He is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The owner is also very helpful. He helped us get a good deal for the balloon compared to other agencies. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for budget accomodation.

Súper recomendado !!! Instalaciones, atención y ubicación. :) The best thing about the accommodation was the attention of Serdar and Armand, who with their kindness made our stay very pleasant. The location of the hotel is ideal, very close to places of interest. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Finally, at the hotel they offered us tours (motorcycle, ballon flight , show typical dance), very pleasant, punctual and at a good price. Highly recommended.

Property is very clean, has a cave vibe. The rooftop has a clear view of the hot air balloons. When i went, it was only me and my friends who stayed there which was very very nice, Our host, Sultan gave us full attention, helped us planned our tours + hot air balloon which was way cheaper than i originally booked for. Sultan also made us feel like home, cooked for us breakfast. Very very nice place, highly recommended!!!! Very near the hot air balloon location. Great place to explore around.

Helpful and nice staff especially Mr. Selim and one friendly lady there too. Such comfortable and great location. You can walk to Gerome Bus Station and many shops nearby (also travel agents if you want to search good deal for any tour). You also will had good breakfast buffet here (according to the budget we pay). Room is clean, and had kettle too.
