Xanadu Island deserve more than just 5 stars as they’ve exceeded all my expectations and gave me an unforgettable experience. Everything was amazing from the moment I reached reception to when I took the taxi back home - they have by far the best hospitality I’ve seen in my life. I had a big error with my booking (100% accidentally my fault) and they went out of their way and above and beyond to fix my problem and also offer an upgraded room - all while trying to reassure me and calm down my panicked state. I had a wonderfully amazing stay, every single person there was hospitable, helpful, friendly and caring. I had a very personal experience and never worried about anything - everything I wanted they were more than happy to provide and offer even more. Guest services also helped me plan a trip to see more of Bodrum, but otherwise I didn’t even want to leave the resort. Their beach is pristine and the water there is as clear as glass. The food and drinks were extremely tasty and available 24/7 to enjoy anytime outside the room. Everything was much better than I had read or seen in advance. I went on this trip to disconnect, relax, and have a peaceful yet fun time - I got exactly that and felt wonderfully spoiled on top. I thank them again for this never to be forgotten experience.

The Villa was absolutely exceptional, the amenities within the house are superb. Another great feature was the underfloor heating, especially when it’s cold outside and you have a warm villa to come back to. The rooms were all very well maintained and had great views of the coast from the balcony. The living space and the kitchen area was well maintained and had a touch of class!
