I had a wonderful one-week stay at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Samsun. The hotel was clean and comfortable throughout my visit. I want to give special thanks to Fatma, the room maid, who was always cheerful and made sure my room was spotless every day, her attention to detail really made a difference. I also really appreciated the valet service: the staff was always friendly, helpful, and efficient. Their professionalism made my stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. Good hotel with a convenient location. Clean rooms and very helpful hotel staff. They helped to find the hotel entrance to the hotel when we got lost and helped out in a difficult situation. I forgot my bag at the hotel, the staff found it and sent it to us in a taxi. Only thanks to the hotel staff we managed to catch our flight. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel with its amazing staff.
