This is not just a good place to stay, it is indeed an absolutely incredible experience for an stay right next to the Ephesus antique city site. Located on a former farm surrounded by an awesome landscape, refurbished to the last detail and offering personalized services and a cozy atmosphere. The people running the place are among one of the best hosts ever making of your stay a second home while you visit abroad. Excellent breakfast with views to the mountains and home made dishes. Even introducing us to some local traditions and customs. Absolutely recommended in your next visit to Ephesus!

The location of this hôtel was perfect. Most sites were within walking distance. We were lucky enough to expérience it out of season (February) and our Host couldn't have been more helpful. She was unbelievably sweet, kind and helpful, giving us advice of where to go and how to get there. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

Loved my stay here :) the owner is very friendly, the hostel is close to the bus station and the Ephesus museum (the one in the city), the bed was comfy... Had a wonderful stay! Thank you :)

The apartment was new and modern containing everything you need to prepare your own meals. There is a fridge and freezer, oven, stove, and kettle. The location is centrally located to get to everything you need in Selcuk. 10 minute walk from the train station and 20 minutes to the bus station. Restaurants, shops, and supermarkets are all on the doorstep. The entry code system to the main doors and your apartment are all useful if like me you want a late check-in and dont have to bother someone for a key. The customer service given from Mert the Residence manager was second to none. I kept my luggage there after check out so I could enjoy my day luggage free and could easily WhatsApp Mert if I needed anything. Overall, I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Owners are awesome! Extremely helpful and welcoming. It’s a basic style of accommodation but was better than I was expecting. Had everything we needed and was very clean & comfortable. I shared a room with my daughter and we still had plenty of room. The terrace upstairs is open late for a coffee or drink and is where breakfast is also served. I really loved our stay here. Great location too! Close to town and restaurants as well as the bus station.

The location is superb , everything is about 2-10 minutes walking distance especially the bus and taxi station. Lots of restaurant and shops nearby You can go to ephesus city and other small town with the minibus. Cheaper and convenience. Breakfast is good, we enjoy the turkish breakfast. Staff are good and friendly too

We especially liked Erdem and his colleagues, they were very sweet and made the stay at the hotel 10/10. They were very good with the cleaning. The location is very good especially if you wanna see cultural places! It’s not a too crowded hotel either which is really refreshing. All in all Livia Hotel Ephesus is a very good hotel and extremely cheap considering everything you get!

We stayed at the hotel just for 2 days. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was very clean even the size is not that big. The view from terrace was astonishing. Not less important is he location of the hotel as it is close to Selcuk Bus station from where you can get to Ephesus in 4-5 minutes time by vans. Or you can even get there just on foot. Nice view!!!
