The apartment is beautiful. I come every year and this is the nicest place I've stayed in. The location is also excellent. Sunset beach club picks up and drops off. The old town isn't far and the local bars and restaurants are great and excellent value for money as well. The owner Dilek is lovely and checked in with me a few times during the stay to make sure I was OK and to see if I needed anything. Could not be happier, and can't wait to return.

A new aparthotel located almost in the center of Side, but in a quiet and peaceful place. 15-20 minutes walk to the old town and to the beaches, east and west. The nearest food stores A101 and Migros are located within a 5-minute walk. The hotel is very quiet and cozy, although it is located so close to the center, the rooms are large and clean, and equipped with everything necessary. The hotel owners are very friendly and helpful, and they respond to any request immediately. The kitchen appliances and utensils are sufficient for comfortable cooking. The bedroom and the kitchen-living room each have their own balcony and air conditioning. The internet is fast and stable, and I didn't experience any issues during my two-week stay. There are a few things to keep in mind: - Hot water is only available in the shower, and there is no hot water in the bathroom or kitchen sink. This wasn't a problem for me. - what hotel guests call "dirty kettle" is the scale that forms every time you boil water, which is hard in Side. I would like to thank the hotel owners once again for a great stay!

The villa provides cozy garden and a terrace with barbeque that truly make you feel like you're in vacation. The villa itself is well-furnished. With three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area, it felt like a home away from home. The terrace with sunbeds on the top floor is a good spot if you lazy enough to go to the beach. Special thanks to Esra and Erhan for their hospitality during our stay. Their willingness to provide information and assist us with any needs greatly enhanced our experience. This is a small family hotel with a great pool. It's a bit on the side from the main Side attractions, but not so far from the beach in 1.3 km and 2.5 km to the Ancient Side. There is nice breakfast with a plate of cheese, ham and fruits. The room has all amenities, pretty large fridge, electric kettle with tea selection and a wardrobe.

It is an amazing laid-back very affordable Apart Hotel. Hussein, the receptionist, was very friendly and catered for all our needs. For example, he provided us with wine glasses. The rooms are immaculately clean and comfortable. We stayed in this hotel for many nights. I'd definitely come back here. I enjoyed this place more than the five-star hotels beautiful Side has to offer.

Villa Hania is the perfect place to stay if you want a home from home accommodation. Aldina was amazing and couldn't do enough for us. The hotel is spotless and beautiful inside and out. Our triple room was bright and spacious and we had access to not just one but two balconies. The location is quiet which was perfect for us. Breakfast was fresh and home cooked. It was varied and plentiful, we even had homemade pancakes! We would highly recommend Villa Hania Boutique Hotel for your stay in Side.
